 As well as holding individual Artists exhibitions, Fresh Canvas has experience in taking a project towards an exhibition. Artists have shown work locally, nationally and internationally in gallery and Art Fair settings. The Arts Council Funded project ‘Face’ culminated in a touring exhibition of framed paper butterfly works that were shown at the Manchester Museum, Stockport Art Gallery and Start in Salford’s Art Gallery. The work was created by Salford people using Start in Salford, Doctors, Healthcare workers and other individuals including some local celebrities. The project was created and lead by Charlotte Brown who used the image of a butterfly to represent ‘Psyche’ or ‘the soul’.
